Draft for review. These terms are a working draft prepared for Stage’s attorney and are not yet in force. They govern use of this website only. Services are governed by the Master Services Agreement, the applicable Statement of Work and the Business Associate Agreement signed with each client.
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of stagecare.co. They do not create a services relationship. If Stage provides services to your organization, that relationship is governed by the agreements signed between us, which take precedence over anything on this website.
What is on this site
The content here describes our services in general terms. Screenshots of the platform show sample data, not real client records. Nothing on this site is a quote, an offer, clinical advice, legal advice or a guarantee of a particular outcome.
Acceptable use
Please don’t use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to anything connected to it, or to send us anything you don’t have the right to send. Do not submit protected health information or other confidential personal information through the contact form — it is not a secure channel for that. If you need to share PHI with us, ask and we will arrange a secure route under the appropriate agreement.
Our materials
The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to Stage or to the people who licensed them to us, and may not be copied or reused without permission. [Confirm the position on client photography and third-party marks.]

We try to keep the site up and accurate, but we provide it as it is, without warranties. We may change or withdraw any part of it.
